Refund Policy for Advisory Services

General Refund Policy for Advisory Services

Thank you for choosing Indian Registration Portal. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality advisory and consultation services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a clear and visible deficiency in the advisory service provided by the specialist engaged through our platform.

Change of Mind

If a customer requests a refund due to a change of mind, inadvertent purchase, or any other reason not attributable to a fault in our advisory service, the refund request will not be entertained.

Refund After Consultation Commencement

Refund requests will not be entertained once the consultation materials (e.g., procedural guides, document checklists, draft form samples, consultation on DSC requirements, guidance on LUT documentation, advice on GEM portal procedures) have been shared with you or the advisory process has started.

Time Limitation for Refund Requests

If a refund request is made 30 days after the purchase of an advisory service, or after the expert has delivered the consultation materials to you, the request shall be deemed invalid.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days and credited to your bank account. We will communicate the status to you via email.

Clerical Errors in Guidance Material

In cases of clerical errors in the guidance materials prepared by our experts, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional cost. No refund will be issued under these circumstances.

Delays Due to User Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the user's failure to provide required information. This also applies to issues with government portals that are not attributable to our guidance.

Force Majeure Events

Indian Registration Portal is not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, portal downtimes).

Import-Export Code (IEC) Consultation Policy

Our IEC consultation service provides guidance on the procedural requirements for obtaining an IEC. "Consultation materials" may include application guidance, procedural checklists for government portals, or educational content on certificate acquisition.

Our MSME registration advisory service offers guidance on the application process. "Consultation materials" can include procedural guidance, advice on the Udyam portal process, or information regarding certificate acquisition.

Food License (FSSAI) Consultation Policy

Our FSSAI licensing advisory service provides guidance on food safety compliance. "Consultation materials" may refer to application guidance, a guide to the FoSCoS portal procedure, or information on how a license is issued by authorities.

Trademark Consultation Policy

Our Trademark advisory service helps you understand the process of protecting your brand. "Consultation materials" could include a trademark search analysis, application guidance, or a walkthrough of the IP India portal procedure.

Note: Government fees are separate from our consultation fees and are non-refundable once paid to the registry.

Company Registration Consultation Policy

Our Company registration advisory service provides guidance on forming a legal business entity. "Consultation materials" may include sample incorporation documents (MOA, AOA), name availability guidance, and advice on navigating the MCA portal procedure.

Note: Government fees and stamp duties are separate from our consultation fees and are generally non-refundable.

Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Consultation Policy

Our DSC advisory service offers guidance on requirements and vendor selection. "Consultation" includes providing guidance on the eKYC process and vendor application procedures.

  • Once guidance on the DSC application process is provided, no refund will be issued for our service fee.
  • Issues related to DSC compatibility with third-party software do not qualify for a refund of our advisory fee.

Refund Application Form

This form is for requesting a refund for advisory services only. We do not refund government fees or any payments made directly to a government portal.

Note: Bank account information is collected solely to process refunds for advisory fees in compliance with our policy. This data is stored securely and deleted after the refund is completed.
