Refund Policy and Application
Thank you for choosing Indian Registration Portal. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be considered in cases where there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service provided by the specialist engaged through our platform.
Change of Mind
If a customer requests a refund due to a change of mind, inadvertent application, or any other non-valid reason, without fault or defect in the service, the refund request will not be entertained.
Refund After Submission/Work Commencement
Refund requests will not be entertained once the work (e.g., Annexure, Submission on government portal, License, Application Draft, DSC application processing, LUT documentation, GEM portal registration initiation) has been shared by experts with you or processing has started. This applies even in the event of a change of mind or inadvertent application, or for reasons not attributable to the experts.
Time Limitation for Refund Requests
If the request for a refund is made 30 (thirty) days after the completion of the purchase of a service or product, or after the expert has completed and communicated the work to you, the refund request shall be deemed invalid and will not be processed.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and communicated to you via email. The refund process will take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days, and the refund will be credited to your bank account accordingly. We strive to process the refund promptly.
Clerical Errors
In cases of clerical errors, such as spelling inaccuracies, address discrepancies, and other common mistakes in documentation prepared by the expert, the experts will make necessary corrections at no additional cost. However, no refund will be issued under these circumstances.
Delays Due to User Responsibility
Refunds will not be issued if the delay in service delivery exceeds 24 working hours due to the user's shortcomings, such as failure to submit required documents, providing incomplete or incorrect information, lack of credentials, additional document requirements, or any other issues that prevent the expert from providing the service. This policy also applies if issues arise with the government portal not attributable to the expert's actions.
Special Condition Refund
In certain special cases, a refund of up to 50% of the paid amount may be provided, but this decision will solely be at the discretion of Indian Registration Portal and the involved expert.
Force Majeure Events
Indian Registration Portal and the engaged experts will not be considered in breach of policy or default under any service terms due to disruptions, delays, or non-fulfillment of services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, wars, strikes, government portal downtimes).
Delays in Communication or Service Provision
We aim for experts to establish communication with you within 24-48 working hours of service engagement. If communication has not been established or the service has not commenced within 15 days of payment (and no draft or initial work has been shared), you may be entitled to a full refund, subject to investigation of the cause.
Refund After Draft Submission
If an expert has shared an application draft or any part of the completed work with you within 15 days of payment, no refund will be considered for reasons such as change of mind or if the delay is not attributable to the expert.
